Response to the Corona virus
You will be aware of the current difficulty the Country faces with regard to the Corona virus. It is particularly serious for older people, and more so for those with other health related issues.
In order to try and keep the infection out of Bryony House we have taken a range of measures. The most significant as far as friends or relatives of residents is concerned is the closure of the Home for visitors.
No visiting will be allowed, but we have set up a dedicated telephone line for friends and relatives to inquire how their loved ones are doing (Option 4 on our system when asked)and for those with the technology, a skype system. It would be a big help to us if one member of a family made the calls and let the others know but we will do our best to help at this difficult time.
I trust you will understand why we have found this necessary and in addition it is not possible to know in advance how long this will be in place.
Bless you all and stay safe
